Cancellation Policy

Dear clients To serve our clients in a timely manner, we ask that you are on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event you are running late, please call the studio. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule to a different time available or train the remaining time of your hourly session. For clients not showing up after booking a appointment wil lose out on one of there 4sessions a week.
